Brossard, Quebec, September 14, 2026 – Nortera is taking another step in the development of its Arctic Gardens brand with the launch of a brand-new line of frozen single-serve meals. With this first for the company, Nortera is entering a new category to expand its offerings and better meet consumers’ changing habits and needs.

Arctic Gardens is evolving while remaining true to what makes the brand strong: its expertise in vegetables. This new line creates more opportunities to put vegetables on the menu and directly supports Nortera’s mission to unlock the extraordinary potential of vegetables so that their benefits are accessible to as many people as possible.

“With these new meals, we want to offer a simple and convenient solution for incorporating more vegetables into everyday life, without compromising on taste or quality. Ready in under five minutes, each meal is a good source of fibre and provides 11 to 13 g of protein per serving.” — Élise Grondin, Senior Director, Sales and Marketing – National Brands, Nortera.

Made in Canada, the new line includes four varieties:

  • Tuscan-style vegetable rotini
  • Macaroni and cheese with vegetables
  • Asian-style vegetable rice
  • Tex-Mex-style vegetable rice

An innovation supported by a local partnership

To bring this project to life, Nortera is collaborating with MS3Food, a manufacturing partner based in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, which the company has entrusted with packaging the new line.

The new Arctic Gardens frozen single-serve meals are now available at the vast majority of grocery stores in Quebec.
