Brossard, Quebec, July 21, 2026 – Erwan Hédiard Appointed Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Nortera

Nortera’s Board of Directors announces the appointment of Erwan Hédiard as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the company.

Already serving as Nortera’s Chief Financial and Technology Officer, Erwan Hédiard is also assuming the responsibilities of Interim President and Chief Executive Officer. His extensive knowledge of the organization, its operations and its processes will enable him, with the support of the existing leadership team, to ensure business and operational continuity until the appointment of Nortera’s next President and Chief Executive Officer. This is the mandate established by the Board at the time of his appointment in July.

As part of his responsibilities, Erwan Hédiard will oversee the continued execution of Nortera’s strategic priorities in accordance with the company’s business plan. Nortera remains fully committed to its employees, customers, suppliers, agricultural producers and partners, while continuing to grow and strengthen its position in the North American market. These commitments directly reflect those outlined by the Board during the leadership transition.
